Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by "Nova Poshta" within 1-3 days from the moment of confirmation and payment of the order. Tariffs for delivery according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta, in the website basket, they are approximate.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Underwear. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine 3161-IV dated 12.01.2005 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", underwear is included in the list of goods of proper quality and is not subject to exchange or return, provided, except in cases of defect.
T-shirts. You can return the product (or exchange it for another similar product) within 14 days from the day of purchase. This rule applies to goods of good quality, that is, unused and undamaged.
This right is provided for in Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
